D. Meeting Room Policy. Staff requesting change to the Meeting Room Policy to allow
library users to reserve the Library’s Meeting Room and Conference Room 90 days in
advance. Currently room reservations may be made 28 days in advance.
E. Study Room Policy. Staff requesting change to the Study Room to allow library users to
reserve the Library’s Study Rooms 90 days in advance. Currently room reservations
may be made 28 days in advance.
F. Distribution of Free Materials Policy. Annual policy review of Distribution of Free
Materials Policy. This policy was adopted on February 8, 2016.
G. Donations Policy. Annual policy review of Donations Policy. This policy was adopted
on July 8, 2013.
