A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DIRECTING THE CITY
TREASURER TO KEEP MONIES BELONGING TO OR IN THE CARE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE
IN THE FOLLOWING DEPOSITORIES AS ALLOWED IN IDAHO CODE 50-1013 AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE CITY CODE TITLE 1, CHAPTER 7, SECTION 1; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle, Idaho, is a municipal corporation organized and operating
under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Idaho, wishes to establish and maintain current depositories
for City Funds; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The City Treasurer is directed to maintain and establish depository accounts for the
safe keeping of monies belonging to or in the care of the City of Eagle as allowed by Idaho
Code 50-1013 and in accordance with City of Eagle Code Title 1, Chapter 7, Section 1; and
Section 2: The depositories approved by the City are:
A. First Interstate Bank, located in the City limits of the City of Eagle
B. State of Idaho, Local Government Investment Pool
Section 3: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the necessary paperwork to establish
accounts at the stated depositories for and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
