A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEE AND
DEPOSIT SCHEDULES FOR THE BUILDING, CITY-ADMINISTRATIVE, RECREATION AND
WATER DEPARTMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE CITY CODE SECTION 1-7-4 TO
UPDATE AND ESTABLISH NEW FEES CHARGED FOR SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for fees has been published in the Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on new or increased
fees and deposits that are in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Eagle Combined Fee Schedule to collect sufficient fees and deposits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1 : That the newly established or increased fees and deposits with altered text shown
with underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.

CITY OF EAGLE
In accordance with Idaho State Code 63-1311A, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY
COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
may be heard, at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is
to consider public comment regarding a proposal to increase Building Permit Fees, Parks and
Recreation Fees and Deposits, and Water Department Fees and Deposits in excess of 5%. The
purpose of the fee increase is to help defray the costs of staffing, contract employees and
maintenance on public buildings and parks. The proposed fee schedule modifications and
additions can be found in its entirety on the City Website at https://bit.ly/23COEfees or at Eagle
City Hall.
Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted
no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to
Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho, 83616 or may be e-mailed to
