4.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.

6.NEW BUSINESS:
A.ACTION ITEM : Capella Subdivision – PRE-APPLICATION - Request for a pathways recommendation
for this development that will play an important role in regional alternate transportation and community
recreation. The proposed project is a 122-lot (108-buildable, 13-common, 1-private drive) residential
subdivision. The 54.25-acre site is located On the north side of Old State Street, across from the
Nazarene Church, and borders Dry Creek and Dry Creek Canal. The project will be represented by
Laren Bailey. (STN)
