Building Permit 99-04-136
In reviewing files for scanning and retention I found that this permit was entered
incorrectly in the Building Permit program and therefore the Certificate of Occupancy
had incorrect information on it.
The correct Subdivision is Island Woods#4.
The correct Block is 5.
I made the corrections in the Building Permit program but did not reissue the Building
Permit or Certificate of Occupancy because of the lapse in time of two years. Manual
corrections noted on file copies before scanning.
