RE: Topographic Survey—Olde Park Place Extension
Cost Proposal
Dear Nichoel,
Provided below is a proposal to perform topographic surveying for the Olde Park Place
Extension Project.The Scope of Work associated with the survey is presented below.
1. Project Management
2. Boundary research; Resolve boundaries and rights-of-way from records; Define search
points
3. Field-locate controlling monuments and parcel controlling corners; Define existing and
proposed rights-of-way and adjoining properties
4. Resolve boundaries from field ties
5. Topographic survey of proposed route including utility marks and observed
improvements with invert elevations where accessible
6. Site as-built drawing with AutoCAD surface
Note: City of Eagle to coordinate utility marking for project area.
We propose to complete the above tasks for a fixed fee of$9,800.The schedule for completion
will be coordinated with the City and will be dependent upon the weather conditions.
