3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A.ACTION ITEM: Minutes from August 18, 2022
4.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
5.UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A.FY 2023 - 2027 Capital Plan Update & FY 2024 - 2028 Capital Plan Project Solicitation (NBS)
B.ACTION ITEM: Flats 16 Subdivision - Request for a pathways recommendation for the Flats
16 development that will play an important role in regional alternate transportation and
community recreation. The 31.16-acre site is located on the west side of State Highway 16, north of the
intersection of W. Beacon Light Rd. and State Highway 16. (STN)
