1. FALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:33 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: CROCKETT, DECKERS, ELWER, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, STIRRAT
LIAISON: COUNCIL MEMBER BAUN
Absent: STIRRAT AND DECKERS
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of August 18, 2022
Commissioner Faustina moved to approve the minutes of August 18, 2022, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Elwer. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
Chairman Huffaker makes a motion to move the Recreation Report from Item 7B and make it the
next item on our agenda and continue the rest of the agenda as outlined. Seconded by
Commissioner Crocket. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
5. REPORTS:
Brian Allen presented on Harvest Festival, Mother Son Monster Mash and Veterans Breakfast. The sports
programs have increased from last year and currently working on Country Christmas.
Council Member Baun requested a comparison report from last year and where the department is at as far as
the 80% cost recovery.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
None
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
5A. Nichoel Baird — Spencer provided the Capital Plan Update.
5B. Cliff presented on Flats 16 Subdivision.
5B. Steve Noyes presented on Flats 16 Subdivision.
Commissioner Elwer makes a motion that the commission send a recommendation for approval of Flats
16 snhdivision to%city council according to the city standards for pathways and sidewalks
including CW'64 recommendations of Steve Noyes. Seconded by Commissioner Ivie. ALL
AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
7A. Steve Noyes presented the Trails and Pathways Report.
