5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
A. Review landscape requirements with regard to plant quantities in open areas and
replacement requirements.
B. Modify maximum height of buildings in relation to the comprehensive plan and best
building practices.
C. Review the Eagle Architecture Site and Design (EASD) book in relation to architectural
styles being proposed.
