3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of June 16, 2022
Commissioner Deckers moved to approve the minutes of June 16, 2022, as written. Seconded
by Commissioner Faustina. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. REPORTS:
5B. Nicole Baird — Spencer presented on budgeted items for next fiscal year, Capital Projects, and Capital
Maintenance.
5B. Josh Herker introduced himself and presented on the Saturday Market.
5B. Dane Knickrehm presented on Eagle Sports with a focus on the growth of the Soccer and Basketball
programs.
5B. Steve Noyes presented on Trails and Pathways.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Nicole Baird — Spencer provided an update on Spring Valley Sports Park.
B. Steve Noyes presented on Flats 16 Subdivision. Clifton Trimble with Storhaug Engineering - 510 E 3rd
Ave. Spokane has joined the meeting via WebEx.
Chairman Deckers makes a motion that we reman this back to staff to work with the developer to
address the issues around B, C, E, and internal park space as discussed. Seconded by Vice Chairman
Stirrat. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
C. Council Member Bann presented on Foothills Open Space and Trail Standards.
C. Steve Noyes presented on Foothills Open Space and Trail Standards.
