A.ACTION ITEM: Spring Valley Sports Park Update (NBS)
B.ACTION ITEM: Flats 16 Subdivision - Request for a pathways recommendation for the Flats 16
development that will play an important role in regional alternate transportation and community
recreation. The 31.16-acre site is located on the west side of State Highway 16, north of the intersection
of W. Beacon Light Rd. and State Highway 16. (SN)
