ROLL CALL: Present: GRUBB, SAYER, DUPERAULT, MERRILL, GREER. Absent: LINDGREN, MIHAN. A quorum is present. ALL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ARE ACTION ITEMS. CONSENT AGENDA: ♦ Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. ♦ Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. ACTIONITEM.• ZOA-01-22 — Review of Zoning Ordinance Amendment for Avimor Development, Title 11B, Chapter 3, Design Review — Avimor Development and Spring Valley Livestock: Avimo Development, represented by Deb Nelson with Givens Pursley LLP, is requesting the Design Review Board's review and recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council on the Zoning Ordinance Amendment for Avimor Development, Title 11 B, Chapter 3, Design Review, and the Avimor Design. The 18,000-acre site is located on both the east and west side of Highway 55, approximately 3 miles north of Dry Creek Road. This item was continued from the September 22, 2022, Design Review Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.- DR-61-22 — Office (Medical and Dental) Building within Eagle Island Crossing — Jen Guerrero: Jeri Guerrero, represented by James Marsh with CSHQA, is requesting design review approval for a 6,600-square foot office (medical and dental) building. The 0.736-acre site is generally located northeast of State Highway 44 and North Fisher Park Way at 74 North Fisher Park Way within Eagle Island Crossing (Lot 8, Block 2, Arts West Subdivision). ACTION ITEM DR-62-22 — Two Building Wall Signs for Eagle Dermatology — Jen Guerrero: Jeri Guerrero, represented by James Marsh with CSHQA, is requesting design review approval for two building wall signs for Eagle Dermatology. The 37.34-acre site is located on the southeast corner of West Beacon Light Road and North Lanewood Road. Comment: The applicant considers the fall zone and using a different type of product instead of the wood bark chips and the applicant consider using a composite fence in leu of the vinyl fence on the project. Comment: The Design Review Board has discussed and is in agreement with the plan as presented this evening to allow the four trees in the center medium and not two trees on each side of the street.
