Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no
separate discussion on these items unless the Mayor, a Councilmember,member of City Staff, or a citizen
requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent
Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the City Council. Any item on the
Consent Agenda which contains written Conditions of Approval from the City of Eagle City Staff,Planning&
Zoning Commission, or Design Review Board shall be adopted as part of the City Council's Consent Agenda
approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Eagle Greenbelt Trail and Repairs-Pay Application No. 7 and 8—TDX Power Services LLC.:
Authorization of Payment to TDX Power Services,LLC, in the amounts of$44,768.75 for Application
#7 and$69,851.00 for Application#8, for the completion and retainage of Project CM-2(Greenbelt
Bank&Trail Repairs and Mitigations), awarded by Council on 2/8/2022 for a total cost of
$1,397,020.00. (STN)
5. WORK SESSON:
A. Comprehensive Plan Work Session: Review and discuss the vision statements from the 2017
