1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pierce calls the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: GINDLESPERGER, PIKE, BAUN, RUSSELL. All present. A
quorum is present.

A. Review and Discuss the Draft FY 2023-FY 2027 Capital Plan. (NBS)
Mayor introduces the item.
Director of Long-Range Planning and Project,Nichoel Baird Spencer reviews the draft plan.
General discussion regarding project priorities and funding
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Baun moves to adjourn. Seconded by Gindlesperger. . ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
