Description of Work or Additional Services Requested:
Provide space planning and design services for a remodel to the existing Clerk's area in Eagle City Hall.
The space plan is to be based upon the client supplied building program identifying projected space needs, relationships
and functional requirements as received in the 09/08/22 email that you provided.
Time is included for producing a maximum of 2 refined space plans with associated review meetings and plan
modifications as required to arrive at the final, approved space plan.
Deliverables to include: Finalized Space Plan and Building Permit Submission.
Not included: Statement of Probable Construction or Project Costs, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Billing Terms:

® Fixed Fee -$3,750.00 (BRS only)
Risk Allocation:
In recognition of the relative risks, rewards and benefits of the project to both the Client and the Firm,the risks have been
allocated such that the Client agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm's total liability to the Client for any and
all injuries, claims, losses, expenses, damages or claim expenses arising out of this agreement, from any cause or causes,
shall not exceed$50,000 or our fee,whichever is less. Such causes include, but are not limited to,the Firm's negligence,
errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty.
Payable ten days after receipt of invoice. Accounts more than 30 days past due will incur a late charge of 1-1/2% per
month.

Re: BRS Architects—space planning design
Staff is seeking Council approval of the proposal from BRS Architects to analyze and
propose office space design options for the Clerk/Treasurer's area at City Hall. We are
confident that the new design will result in a more efficient use of existing space,
accommodate future staffing , as well as address the lack of privacy for certain essential
functions.
Staff is recommending the use of ARPA funds for this expense in an amount not to exceed
$3,750.00
