Billing address:660 E Civic Ln,Eagle,ID 83616 Project Redesign This item is a change order to Service Order#2 item E,the new design is detailed in diagram below. 1.Summary of Project:Fiber extension from to Fatbeam will construct(1) underground conduit with fiber optic cable to and extending and additional 717 feet as detailed. 2.Fiber Optic:The fiber count is being upgraded from the original count fiber to an fiber cable. Fiber will be pulled into the conduit by Fatbeam for this project( Project only). 3.Fiber Optic Hardware:The fiber optic hardware( originally designed into this project under Service Order#2 item E.will NO LONGER be provided. 4.Additional Build Section: This additional 717 feet(circled in red below)of this build extends from the vault at to the existing This additional section is also a single underground conduit with count fiber. 5.Additional Fiber: count fiber will also be provided in the underground section between to 4.The previously quoted cost for the Heritage Park Project($153,620),will increase to$212,020. This increase is directly related to the cost of the count fiber cable,along with the additional 717 feet of construction. The cost change relates to a net increase of$58,400.
