Emergency Flood Declaration
Meeting Minutes
March 30, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL: KUNZ, BASTIAN, PRESTON, SOELBERG.
Bastian and Soelberg are present by a telephone conference call. A quorum is present.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Ridgeway leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. AUTHORIZATION OF RESOLUTION No. 17-11: A Resolution declaring State
of Emergency for flooding in the City of Eagle.
Mayor introduces the issue and provides Council an overview of the flooding situation in
the City and the need for a Resolution. General discussion.
Kunz moves that the City authorize Resolution No. 17-11 a Resolution declaring a
State of Emergency for flooding in the City of Eagle. Seconded by Preston. Kunz:
AYE; Bastian: AYE; Preston: AYE; Soelberg: AYE: ALL AYES: MOTION
CARRIES
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Kunz moves to adjourn. Seconded by Preston.
Seeing none we are adjourned.
