Bid for Urban Solutions, LLC to provide street lighting for Stags Crossing Subdivision #2 located in
Eagle. Idaho. Design per sheet P1.3 and P1.4 by CK Engineering dated 3/24/2020 with modification
by Alloway Electric. Scope of work to include the following:
(I) Provide and install (11 ea.)25 ft. bronze 4" square steel anchor base poles fitted with Leotek
GC.11 LED luminaires (3000K). Each street light will he mounted on a 24" diameter reinforced
concrete base at finish grade.
(2) Provide approximately 1.655 lineal ft. of conduit, wire, and backfill to extend power to each of
these poles. This includes all necessary junction boxes.
(3) Roadway crossing sleeves required. To be pro‘'ided by others. See attached map for
approximate locations.
(4) Provide City of Eagle electrical permit.
(5) This agreement contingent upon City of Eagle approval of attached street light plan.
