Architectural Submission August 3,2020 RV Bay—Living Space addition update from letter dated 2/9/2020 Riverside Management Company Anthony, Finally we have drawings to move to the next step of this project. Below Is an updated description of the initial request from earlier this year. We are wanting to add an RV-Living Space and connecting breezeway to our property. It will be located where the current uncovered RV pad is plus adjustments for appearance,setbacks etc. included is the site plan along with the drawings from the architect. In speaking with the official at the City of Eagle,attaching the new structure to the existing home relieves any concerns of being a separate residence.He also commented what we are doing to add a "rnother in law quarters" is currently a common practice in the Eagle area. If attached,it is not considered a separate residence which we believe keeps our property in compliance with the current CC&R. The 20'x5O'space will be used as a living space while needed. Our mother is currently 94 years old,and it would be a great help to have her live where we can support her as needed.Design of-the space Initially will include bedroom, bathroom kitchen and living space. A drop ceiling,windows,doors would be added to make it a horne space instead of a garage. 'The drop ceiling and living space items will be removed when no longer needed. At that time the large door will replace the front door and window as well. All finishes will match the current home.
