contract used by the General Contractor must awdress all conditions and exclusions included in this proposal.
Payment as follows: Payment is required 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment will not be determined by the general contractor's job
completion,but strictly applies to work completed by AFP.
Accounts overdue beyond 30 days of billing will be charged at an interest rate of 1,5%monthly(18%annually), Customer is also liable for any
incidental collection costs, including attorney fees. If either party commences legal action to enforce its rights pursuant to this agreement,the
prevailing party in said legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs of litigation relating to said legal actions,
as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
This proposal does not include costs associated with extensive or unusual Additional Insured clauses or requirements that may be
requested. AFP's maximum per occurrence liability limit is$1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate. If additional insurance
requirements are necessary,we can provide them potentially for an additional fee,
