AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
72 BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; DELETING THE A (AGRICULTURE)
DESIGNATION AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFORE AN R-5 (RESIDENTIAL) DESIG-
NATION FOR THE DESCRIBED PARCEL OF PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 72 and the Official Zoning Map
of the City of Eagle are hereby amended by deleting the A (Agri-
culture) designation and substituting the R-5 (Residential) desig-
nation for the following described parcel of property located with-
in ghe city limits of Eagle, Idaho:
A tract of land in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 4 North, Range 1 East, B.M., and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4
of said Section 9; thence South 00°04'38" East
along the center line of the county road, also
being the East section line of said Section 9
a distance of 491.93 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 89°31' West 431.25 feet
to an iron pin; thence South 00°04'38" East
352.33 feet to the center line of the Dry Creek
Canal; thence along the center line of the Dry
Creek as follows:
South 80°45' East 108.49 feet to a point;
South 89°14' East 241.54 feet to a point;
South 72°42' East 86.83 feet to the East section
line of said Section 9; thence North 00°14'38"
West along the section line 402.46 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing 3.55 acres.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
9th day of August, 1983.

Ordinance No. 86 of the City of Eagle, Idaho, amends Article
IV of Ordinance No. 40 as amended by Ordinance No. 72, commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance, changing the zoning designation
of a parcel of property located within the City of Eagle from
A (Agriculture) to R-5 (Residential). Pursuant to the provisions
of §50-901A, Idaho Code, the section of the ordinance containing
legal descriptions is set forth in full as follows:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 72 and the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Eagle are hereby amended by deleting the A
(Agriculture) designation and substituting the R-5 (Residential)
designation for the following described parcel of property located
