AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eagle,
Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section 1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described real property
shall become hereafter property within the City of Eagle, Ada County,
Idaho, to -wit:
PARCEL 1:
Part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16,
Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian in Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section Corner common to Sections 9, 10, 15 and
16, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian; thence
South 89°46' West 999.18 feet to a point; thence
South 56°10' East 9.20 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right
of way line of Highway #44; thence
South 56°10' East 200 feet to a steel pin, the real point of
beginning; thence
South 56°10' East 15.87 feet to a steel pin; thence
South 33°50' West 531.03 feet to a steel pin; thence
North 78°00' West 58.61 feet to a point; thence
North 81°08' West 55 feet, more or less, to a point which is
North 56°10' West 88 feet and South 33°50' West 580 feet from the
real point of beginning; thence
North 33°50' East 374 feet to a point; thence

South 56°10' East 225.07 feet to the real point of beginning; thence
South 56°10' East 175.71 feet to a point; thence South 33°50' West 460.63
feet to a point; thence North 78°00' West 189.29 feet to a point; thence
North 33°50' East 531.03 feet to the real point of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the
boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada
County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days following
the effective day of this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
