Info Sheet -Booth Fees
The City of Eagle has worked hard to establish their city events. In 2016 the city ran successful events
that have drawn attention from all types of vendors. To bring in more revenue from events and begin to
close the gap between revenue and expenditure. We are wanting to raise the vendor fees associated
with events not to exceed $75. Booth fees would vary from event to event. An example would be Eagle
Fun Days, depending on location of the booth the fee would vary. Please see example map below:
— S30 non•orofit,S40forprofit
as — 550 State Street, non -corners — S75 Corner spots & food truck type vendors
For Eagle Fun Days, the fees would vary depending on location.

• New programs were added to the spring/summer activity lineup, thus new fees will be
assessed.
• Fees are calculated on a cost recovery basis, accounting for staff time, facility rental
fees, supplies, and equipment.
• Fees are comparable to program fees in the Treasure Valley.
• Programs will continue to be assessed to ensure fees are adequate, affordable, etc.
