AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR ALL THE
NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1980, AND ENDING THE THIRTIETH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1981. THIS ORDINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. The following is a statement of the revenues
of the City of Eagle, Idaho for taxes for the fiscal
year commencing October 1,1980 and ending September 30, 1981.
Taxes $25,614.59
Section 2. That the following sums of money, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out
of any money in the City Treasury of the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabilities for
the said City of Eagle, to be incurred for general municipal
purposes for the fiscal year commencing the 1st day of October,
1980, and ending September 31, 1981, said purposes being as
follows: to -wit:

Executive 6,855.27
Financial Administration 19,253.58
Legal 5,000.00
Government Buildings 4,670.00
Street Lighting 1,820.00
Library 8,556.00
Parks and Recreation 22,200.00

REVENUE SHARING
Library 6,444.00
Section 3. The amount of money derived from funds or sources
created by law for the specified purposes in this Ordinance
provided is hereby appropriated for such purposes and no other.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Eagle is hereby
authorized, upon presentation of proper vouchers approved
by the Mayor and City Council of the said City of Eagle as
provided by law, to draw his warrant on the funds above stated
and against the appropriation as made in the preceding sections
of this Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitled thereto.
Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby
designated as "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1980 - 1981.
Section 6. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval
and publication as required by law.
