AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED THAT the following described
real property shall become hereafter property within the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, to -wit:
Commencing at a stone on the East and West one
half section line 2170.74 feet West of the one fourth
section corner common to Sections 17 and 18, Township
4 North, Range 1 East of Boise Base and Meridian, thence
West a distance of 269.28 feet to a stone marked cross
on top; thence South 1°52' West a distance of 2497.44
feet to a stone marked cross on top; thence South 59°
09' East a distance of 780.12 feet to a stone marked
cross on top; thence North 1°52' East a distance of
2739.00 feet to a stone marked cross on top; thence
North 75°47' West a distance of 356.40 feet to a point;
thence North 41°02' West a distance of 94.38 feet to a
stone marked cross on top, the place of beginning.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the
legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly
designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the
Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax
Commission within 10 days following the effective day of
this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.

of the Cilly of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho this
