ORDINANCE NO 47
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho as follows:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED that the following described
real property shall become hereafter property within the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, to -wit:
Commencing at a point on the one half (1/2) section
line 628.32 feet West of the one fourth (1/4) section
corner, common to sections Seventeen (17) and Eighteen
(18), Township Four (4) North Range One (1) East of Boise
Base and Meridian; thence North 1°52' East a distance of
712.80 feet to a stone marked cross on top, thence North
49°22' West a distance of 112.20 feet to a point, thence
South 25°08' West a distance of 217.80 feet to a point;
thence South 62°23' West a distance of 264.00 feet to a
point; thence South 27°38' West a distance of 159.06 feet
to a stone marked cross on top; thence South 1°52' West
a distance of 2592.48 feet to a stone marked cross on
top; thence North 58°07' East a distance of 66.00 feet
to a point thence North 7I"52' East a distance of 132.00
feet to a point; thence North 83°54' East a distance of 296.34
feet to a stone marked cross on top; thence North 1°52' East
a distance of 2159.52 feet to the place of beginning
containing thirty and eight hundredths (30.08) acres more
or less.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the
legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly
designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the
Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax
Commission within 10 days following the effective day of
this ordinance.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
