ORDINANCE 34
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND ROADWAYS OF THE PROPOSED EAGLE HILLS
WEST NO. 3 AND NO. 4 SUBDIVISIONS IN A PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF
SECTION 9, T.4N., R.1E., B. M., EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Eagle,
have concluded that it is in the best interests of said City to
annext to said City certain real property which is described as
follows:
A parcel of land lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 9, T.4N., R.1E.,
B. M., Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the Northwest corner of the said NE 1/4
of Section 9;
thence North 89°05'06" East 698.26 feet along the Northerly boundary
of the said NE 1/4 of Section 9, which is also the centerline of Floating
Feather Road, to a point, also said point being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing North 89°05'06" East 141.77 feet along the said
Northerly boundary of the NE 1/4 of Section 9 to a point;

Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which was descirbed,
and the same is hereby accepted, as a part of the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries
as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor,
and the State Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective day
of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
