ORDINANCE NO. 33
AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING TYPOGRAPHICAL AND TRANSPOSITION
ERRORS AND CLEARING AMBIGUITIES IN ORDINANCE #30.
Section I. In line 7 te 8 strike "the N2 NW4 portions
of the E I all in Section 9" and add"the SE4 of Section 9."
Section 2. Eagle East Annexation. Strike Paragraph 3
Page 1 Ordinance #30. In paragraph 4 strike "A portion
of the Et of Section 9" and "lying southerly from; the
centerline of Floating Feather Road westerly from the
centerline of Edgewood Lane." Add "the SE/ of Section 9
Tying northeast of the centerline of State Highway 44 including
that portion of Eagle Hills West #1 lying therein."
Section 3. Strike Paragraph 5 tY 6, Page I, Ordinance
#30. and add "that portion of Eagle Hills West #1 Tying
in the Si of the NE4, Section 9 T4N, RIE."
Section 4. Strike Paragraph 7 ie 8, Page I, Ordinance
#30 and add "lot 18 Block I Lot 21 Block 3, Lot 22

Section 5. Strike Paragraph 9 Page 1, Ordinance #30,

centerline of Floating Feather Road to a point also said
point being the real point of beginning:" and add "Downing
Downs Subdivision as filed for record in the office of the
Ada County Recorder, Boise, Idaho:"
Section 7. In Paragraph 4 Page 2 Ordinance #30 strike
"18 50'43" and add "19 7'."

Section 1. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage approval and publication
as required by law.
