BY COUNCILMAN
AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE INTERIM APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING
MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL
PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO NOT
OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1,
1974 UNTIL THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE IS APPROVED,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF 50-1005, IDAHO CODE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the City of Eagle, Idaho, for the
interim period beginning January 1, 1974, until the annual
appropriation ordinance is approved, the sum and sums of money
or so much thereof as may be necessary for the following amount
to -wit:
GENERAL FUND
MAYOR & Council $ 390.00
City Clerk $ 750.00
City Office Building $ 210.00
City Attorney $ 300.00
O'tilities $ 125.00
Audit -Consultation $ 30.00

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
