AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST,
BOISE MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY, TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, WHICH PROPERTY
IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Eagle,
have concluded that it is in the best interests of said City to
annex to said City certain real property which is described as
follows:
EAGLE RANCH SUBDIVISION ANNEXATION
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 9, T. 4N., R. 1E., B.M.;
thence South along the West boundary of said Section 9, 1318.0
feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N. 89°03'13" E., 2657.45 feet; thence S. 0°07'57" W.,
1316.18 feet; thence S. 89°00'44" W., 2051.55 feet; thence North
415.12 feet; thence S. 89°10'37" W., 602.85 feet to a point on the
West boundary of said Section 9; thence North 901.19 feet to the
REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.

Commencing at the Quarter section corner common to Sections 8
and 9, T. 4N., R. 1E., B.M.; thence N. 89°00'44" E., 25 feet to
a point on the east boundary of the Eagle Road and the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N. 89°00'44" E., 577.88
feet to a point; thence North 415.12 feet to a point; thence S.
89°10'37" W., 577.85 feet to a point on the East boundary of
the Eagle Road; thence South along the East boundary of the Eagle
Road 416.91 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL

Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of
the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly
designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada
County Recorder, Ada County Assessor
and the State Tax Commission
within 10 days following the effective date of this Ordinance.
Section 3.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
