AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE AREA HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 50-222, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1.
It appearing to the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, that the hereinafter
described real property contiguous and adjacent to said city
has been laid off by the owner into lots and blocks containing
less than five acres of land and that the same has begun to be
sold by said owner; and
Whereas, the owner of said property has requested in
person by application to the Mayor and Council for annexation
of same,
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the following described
real property shall become hereafter property within the City
of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, to -wit:
The East 432.3 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 1, East of the
Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, except that portion thereof
conveyed to the State of Idaho by deed recorded in Book 420 of
Deeds, page 310, records of Ada County, Idaho, described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West boundary of the City
of Eagle and on the center line of Highway 44 as described in
the deed conveying the right-of-way for Highway 44 to the State
of Idaho in Book 420 of Deeds, page 310, records of Ada County,

Idaho; thence Southward parallel to the section line common
to Sections 7 and 8, 60 feet to the South boundary of said
Highway 44, the true point of beginning; thence Westerly along
the South boundary of said Highway 44, 432.3 feet to a point;
thence Southward parallel to the section line common to
Sections 7 and 8 to the section line common to Sections 8
and 17; thence Eastward along the said section line 432.3 feet to
a point; thence Northward parallel to the section line common
to Sections 7 and 8 to the point of beginning, together with
all the water rights and ditch rights appurtenant thereto
and used in connection therewith. &
