An Ordinance of the City of Eagle, Ada County,
State of Idaho, adopting rules for construction of ordinances
pro -riding for liability of employers and agents for violation
of ordinances, describing general acts to which a penalty shall
attach, providing a general penalty for the violation of
multiple ordinances, providing for the duties of the mayor,
providing for authority in the mayor to execute contracts,
providing that the mayor may offer a reward, providing that
the mayor has the pardon power, providing a veto power in the
mayor, providing for accounts and reports of officers, describ-
ing the police powers of the mayor, providing for aid to the
mayor upon demand, providing that the mayor shall have the
powers granted by the laws of the State of Idaho and setting
the term of office for the mayor, providing for the duties of
councilmen, providing for the election of the councilman, pro-
viding for the filling of vacancies on the council, establish-
ing the time and place of council meetings and providing for
the conduct of council meetings, providing for the appointments
of city employees by the mayor, establishing a term of office
and provisions for removal of city employees and appointive
