Chapter II, Section 2-101, changing the description of the
boundaries of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho.
Be It Ordained:
Section 2-101: Boundaries of the City of Eagle described
below, to -wit:
Beginning at the section corner common to Sections 8, 9
16 & 17, T 4 N, R 1 E, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Thence Eastward along the section line to the 1/4 corner common
to Sections 9 & 16
