This Service Order#2 ("Service Order") is for the installation of conduit network ("Service"), as more fully described
below,pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy,Terms,and Master Service Agreement entered
into by and between Fatbeam,LLC("Fatbeam")and City of Eagle Idaho("City")on January 25th 2022("Agreement"),and
is effective as of July 6,2022, (Effective Date").Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning set
forth in the Agreement.
