THE CITY OF EAGLE AND THE EAGLE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
AMENDMENT 5.13.2022
THIS AGREEMENT to amend the MEMORANDUM OF AGREEEMNT dated April 29,
2021 (MOA) is made by and between the City of Eagle, an Idaho municipal corporation ("City")
and the Eagle Urban Renewal Agency, an independent public body corporate and politic of the
State of Idaho ("Agency").
RECITALS
A. The City and the Agency entered into the MOA to set aside funds to share in the
cost of project construction for certain sidewalk and streetscape improvements.
B. The construction of the subject improvements is being delayed a year.
C. The Agreement notes that, subject to appropriation, certain amounts are to be set
aside in specific fiscal years and the Parties desires to modify that to allow flexibility in between
fiscal years with the amount of total funding being available in the final fiscal year to remain the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is understood between City and Agency that the MOU shall be
amended as follows:
1. Section III A. Term. The Term of the MOA shall be extended until September 30,
2024.
2. Section I City's Responsibilities and II. EURA's Responsibilities are amended to
remove the specific amounts to be set aside each fiscal year; however, the total amount to be set
aside by the final fiscal year (2023-24) of the amended Term shall remain the same subject to
appropriation as noted in Section III B.
All other terms of the MOA are to remain in effect. This Agreement shall be effective the
1711 day of May 2022.
