Subject: 30 Day Facilities Extension - City of Eagle
I wanted to thank you for the extension of the facilities contract as well as your
time last week to meet with us, I know you are very busy. Please note our
facilities contract for $5000 is for an entire month. Extending the contract 30 days
from Feb 6th will give us an end date of March 8th This would cause us to pro
rate the month of March for six additional days. Please let me know if there are
any questions or concerns.
