B. ACTION ITEM: Carp Ranch Subdivision. A trail and pathways recommendation is requested for this 77-
lot (70-buildable, 7-common) residential planned unit development. Located on the south side of West
Floating Feather Rd. approximately 500-feet west of the intersection of North cove Colony Way and West
Floating Feather Rd. (STN)
