The 10-acre site is located approximately 400-feet southwest of the intersection of North Park Lane and State Highway 44, on the south side of West Old Valley Road at 4171 W. Old Valley Road. The 4.66-acre, 7-lot subdivision (4-residential lots and 3-common lots) is located on the west side of North Locust Grove Road approximately 1,000 feet north of Chinden Boulevard at 6799 North Locust Grove Road.
