AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-9-1,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR VOTING PRECINCT, POLLING PLACE
AND TIMES FOR VOTING ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, As follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-9-1, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
VOTING PRECINCT, POLLING PLACE AND TIMES FOR VOTING
ESTABLISHED: The City boundaries of the City of Eagle shall constitute one consist of
two election precincts for all City elections_ Precinct 500 shall include all land within
the City limits which is south of Floating Feather Road and east of Eaele Road.
Precinct 501 shall include all land within the City limits which is not in Precinct 500.
The polling places for such elections shall be Eagle City Hall Senior Citizens
Center for Election Precinct 500 and 7th Dav Adventist Church School for Election
Precinct 501. At all general City elections the polls shall be open at eight o'clock (8:00)
A.M. and remain open until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day, and at all special
City elections the polls shall be open at eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and remain open until
eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law. In lieu of publication of the entire
Ordinance, a summary thereof in compliance with Section 50-901A, Idaho Code, may be
published.
