Hi Tracy and Mike,
Susan had me look at the Summer Lawns contract you sent over in August. Juan's email of Aul st 5, 2.013 is sufficient
according to the terms of the contract to request the one year renewal. As he does not propose any price increase, the
city does not need to enter into an additional agreement/addendum with Summer Lawns. Let me know if you have any
questions.
