Ordinance - 1997 - 308 - De-Annexation Of Boise Owned Property - 09/23/1997ORDINANCE NO. 308 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, REMOVING PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF BOISE CITY FROM THE EAGLE CITY LIMITS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Boise City owns property generally known as the West Boise Wastewater Treatment Facility (the "Treatment Facility"); and WHEREAS, a portion of the Treatment Facility lies within the boundaries of the City of Eagle as annexed pursuant to Ordinance No. 235; and WHEREAS, the City of Boise City has required deannexation of the Boise City -owned property from the City of Fagle city limits as part of its negotiations with the Eagle Sewer District to address sewage collection and treatment issues in the Eagle area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, Ada County, Idaho: Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby deannexes the property described below and as shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A."
