AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1 -6C -
1F, EAGLE CITY CODE, PUBLICATION OF QUARTERLY REPORTS, AND
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That section 1 -6C -1-F, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read
as follows:
F. Publication Of Quarterly Reports: It shall be the duty of the City Treasurer to cause to
be published for at least one insertion in the official newspaper of the City of Eagle
during the months of
January, April, July and FebBaat5= October of each and every year, a full statement of
the receipts and expenditures of the City, giving the source from whence received, to
what purpose applied and to whom paid.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
