ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY IDAHO, AMENDING EAGLE
CITY CODE, TITLE 3, `BUSINESS AND LICENSE REGULATIONS", CHAPTER 2,
"LIQUOR CONTROL, ARTICLE B. WINE REGULATIONS", SECTION 3, "LICENSE FEE,
TERM" AND SECTION 5, "TRANSFER OF LICENSE".
Section 1: That section 3-2B-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows:
3-2B-3: LICENSE FEE, TERM: i 1-,o he -um e f two
hundred dellars-($200.00)per-year. Every retailer licensed under the provisions of this Article
shall pay the City license fees as follows:
A. Where such person sells wine at retail for consumption off the licensed premises. the annual
license fee shall be one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.001 a year. The annual license fee
shall be prorated to reflect the actual months of issuance.
B. Where such person sells wine by the individual glass or opened bottle at retail. for
consumption on the premises only. the annual license fee shall be two hundred dollars
($200.00) a year. The annual license fee shall be prorated to reflect the actual months of
issuance.
C. Such license year shall be from one minute past twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. January 1
through December 31; provided, however, should a license be issued for less than a full
calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance with the actual months of
issuance.
Section 2: That section 3-2B-5, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows:
3-2B-5: TRANSER OF LICENSE: The assignment or transfer of a wine license shall be the
same as provided by for the assignment or transfer of a beer license in Section 3 -2A -3.3-2A-41
3 -2A -5C. 3 -2A -5D. 3 -2A -6B of this Code.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval,
and publication as required by law.
