SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
BETWEEN CITY OF EAGLE AND SUMMER LAWNS, INC.
THIS ADDENDUM NO. 1 to Service Agreement for Landscape Maintenance Services
Between City of Eagle and Summer Lawns, Inc. ("Addendum") is entered into this 14 [k day of
January, 2014, by and between the City of Eagle, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of
Idaho ("City") and Summer Lawns, Inc., an Idaho corporation ("Summer Lawns").
WHEREAS, City and Summer Lawns entered into the Service Agreement for Landscape
Maintenance Services Between City of Eagle and Summer Lawns, Inc. (the "Agreement") on
October 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Summer Lawns renewed the Agreement pursuant to Section 2 thereof,
thereby extending the term of the Agreement to September 30, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Summer Lawns and the City have agreed upon additional maintenance work
to be included in the 2013-2014 term.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:
1. Landscape Maintenance. Summer Lawns agrees to provide the additional
services set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto in addition to the services set forth in the
Agreement.
2. RemainingTerms. erms. All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect.
3. Counterparts. This Addendum may be executed in counterparts, each of which
shall constitute an original.
