ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY IDAHO, ADDING EAGLE
CITY CODE TITLE 5 "POLICE REGULATIONS", CHAPTER 2 "MISCELLANEOUS
OFFENSES", SECTION 7 "PROHIBITED ACTS ON THE BOISE RIVER" AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle wishes to preserve the natural habitat of the Boise
River and ensure the protection of life and property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: Prohibited Acts on the Boise River:
A. It shall be unlawful for anv person to iump from. or throw or drop anv_ object
from anv bride except as otherwise provided by law.
Section 2:This ordinance shall take effect and be enforce from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law. In lieu of publication of the
Ordinance, a summary thereof in compliance with Section 50-901A Idaho
Code, may be published.
