A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FINES AND FEES
SCHEDULE FOR EAGLE PUBLIC LIBRARY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Eagle Library Board of Trustees approved the proposed fees and fines to
be implemented at the Eagle Public Library on October 19, 2016; and
WHEREAS, a public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The
Idaho Statesman as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A: and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined and after holding the aforementioned
public hearing, to accept the fees and fines as recommended by the Library Board of Trustees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a fee and fine schedule (Exhibit A)
for Eagle Public Library is hereby incorporated;
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
