ACTION ITEM: DR-62-21 – Master Sign Plan for a Multi-tenant Retail/Restaurant Building within East End Marketplace – Rennison Companies: Rennison Companies, represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren:Labrie Architecture, is requesting design review approval for a master sign plan for a multi-tenant retail/restaurant building in East End Marketplace. The 12.84-acre site is located on the southwest corner of West Floating Feather Road and North Palmer Lane at 183 North Palmer Lane. (ERG) B.
