Guys Read Program Volunteers Day Proclamation
December 14, 2016
WHEREAS, Jason Strid coordinated an outreach program for the City of Eagle,
Idaho in which adults share their love of reading with school aged
boys; and
WHEREAS, the volunteers; Jason Strid, Marlon McCowan, and Patrick Calley are
an outstanding part of the community; and
WHEREAS, they serve the community with honor and distinction by example;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Stan Ridgeway, Mayor of the City of Eagle, do
hereby proclaim December 14, 2016 as
GUYS READ PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS DAY
in the City of Eagle.
FURTHER, I urge all citizens to follow their example and to thank the
volunteers in our community.
