By this document, Recision of Easements wit ovenants and Restrictions Affecting Land, and pursuant to Section 8(e) of the ECR, the City of Eagle, the current owner of record of all property affected by the ECR (Parcels I, II, and III as listed above), hereby rescinds and terminates all covenants and provisions contained in that ECR executed May 30, 1981.
