WITNESSETH: That the grantors in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations, do hereby grant and convey unto the grantee, its successors and
assigns, a permanent easement for the installation and continued operation, maintenance,
repair, inspection, alteration and replacement of a water pipe line and necessary
appurtenances, together with a perpetual ingress and egress easement, under, on, and across
the following described real property belonging to the said grantors:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the grantee, its successors and assigns,
FOREVER.
The grantee covenants with the grantors, their successors and assigns, that the
grantee will restore the surface of the ground in as good a condition as when entered upon by
the grantee and its agents. The grantee further covenants with the grantors that it will restore
the surface of the ground in as good a condition as when entered upon by the grantee and its
agents, after any repairing or maintaining of said water pipe line.

Water Line Easement
2,159 Square Feet
A 20 foot wide water line easement situated in a portion of Lot 21, Block 1 of Bogus Ridge
Subdivision (a recorded subdivision on file in Book 60 of Plats at Page 5981, records of Ada County,
Idaho), being within a/portion of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of
Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, said easement lying contiguous to and northerly of the common lot line
between Lot 20 and said Lot 21 of Bogus Ridge Subdivision.
The sidelines of said easement shall be lengthened or shortened so as to form a closed figure and
to terminate on the easterly right-of-way of North Majestic Place and the easterly boundary of said Bogus
Ridge Subdivision.
The above described tract of land contains 2, 159 square feet, more or less, subject to all existing
easements and rights-of-way.
